Bedsheets, pillows and towels are very dirty and yellowish. Room is bare minimum and not clean. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room until we complained and that was about 8:30pm after our whole day out.

I like the staff service there.

I cannot understand why the hotel internet cannot get connected. Very weak and hard to get connected unless you are at lobby. The room WiFi is worst connection I ever get in so many hotel.

The staff inresponsibility. The pillow and blankets very smelly. Toilet very dirty Manager ( Ida ) very rude. Receptionist in responsibility. The worst hotel I have stay. Water heater spoil When I check out the receptionists say I didn't pay my hotel bill. How possible I check in without paying???? Worst worst worst hotel !!!!!

Nail clippings were found by the bedside carpet floor, we had to get a room change. No dustbins in the room except for bathroom. Room is smelly with stale cigarette smells. Room key did not work on 3 occasions, I had to run down to reception to get it fixed.

Huge rooms? Yes. Affordable price? Very. Great location? Definitely. A lot of restaurants & a supermarket within walking distance. Air-con? Worked so well. In fact, we didn't turn it on but somehow the room was still cool.

We stayed at this property on Jan 24-27. One month before, when I made the booking, I wrote that we needed connecting rooms because we would be traveling with my mom (73) who needs our assistance. One day before our arrival, I sent a direct email to the Reservation, stating (again) that we seriously needed connecting rooms. But when we checked in, the FO said no connecting rooms available. I worked in a hotel back in 2003 in my home country (Indonesia), we used Fidelio system (maybe now hotels are using a more sophisticated system). Assigning connecting rooms was very doable, it was not impossible at all, IF ONLY the Reservation & the Manager give any attention to their customer needs. The only thing that preventing me giving 2 stars is that -luckily- nothing bad happened to my mom during our stay. But it was very tiring for me to go back-and-forth between my room & my mom's whenever she needed my help. Why didn't we all stay in one room? Because there were already my husband and my 2 boys, with 2 big luggages. Clean? I doubt it. The rooms were carpeted, and I never liked carpeted rooms. Mini fridge? No. Tea? No, only coffee. Even sugar wasn't available. Do we recommend it? Not sure. Will we be back? Nope.

The bed more comfy, the toilet can put some fragrant, more tissue paper, should have kettle to boil water.

I dont like the view outside my hotel. It looks scary. I dont like the toilet because when i first go in, it was very smelly.

Staff were rude. I booked a double room, they gave me a twin room. I called to ask, they just simply told me no more rooms available. But hello? I booked a double room! The room was dusty as well, aircon did not work well, tv channels were so blurry and the toilet shower tap was leaking cold water when we were showering

The place is very convenient to go shopping and foods.

They never follow customer asking for have early booking.i booking for the high floor and the the day I check in they give the low floor.

With Window but no view but is good enough. No smoke smell in the room. Quiet and cheap. Good sound proof and big bathroom. Clean toilet. Have toothpaste, toothbrush and towel. Aircon is throughout the walkway.

Need to upgrade their wifi as my room wifi is not strong enough and not able to even surf the internet. No ATM machine. No toilet paper at level 1 toilet. No slipper in room. Only 1 coffee cup even thought i never use it.

cheap hotel, hence cannot expect much. good location, grab ride to city square and ksl is below 10ringgit. have many food store around the hotel, and also a supermarket.

there is no fridge in the hotel room.
